2026 Pinewood Grand Prix
Don’t miss the 2026 Pinewood Grand Prix where participants get to design, build, and race their own car!
Youth members of Trail Life Troop 19 and AHG Troop 77 are invited to build a car and race.
NEW this year we will have an OPEN Category, where adults are invited to race! Purchase the same cart kit to participate, open category rules are TBD.
When: Saturday, February 21, 2026
Where: Location TBD (Roseville/Rocklin area)
Race participants must purchase a car kit.
Families are welcome to join us on race day, there will be family activities and lunch will be available for purchase.
Race Day Schedule
8:00 AM – Setup
10:00 AM – AHG check-in
11:00 AM – AHG races begin
12:30 PM – AHG awards ceremony
12:00 PM – Trail Life check-in
1:00 PM – Trail Life races begin
3:30 PM – Trail Life awards ceremony
Building your car
Make sure to read the entire Race Rules before building! You must use the troop provided car kits, and your car must meet specific requirements in order to pass inspection on race day.
